NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-010356-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is the Plaintiff and Timothy J. Lee a/k/a Timothy Lee; Unknown Spouse of Timothy J. Lee a/k/a Timothy Lee; Heather Buehler; SunTrust Bank; Stephen D. Keretz; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST; THENCE NORTH 00° 20' 19” EAST, ALONG THE SECTION LINE, 658.90 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 89° 07' 21” EAST, 133.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00° 20' 19” WEST, 122.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 07' 21” WEST, 133.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00° 20' 19” EAST, 122 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THE WESTERLY 33.00 FEET OF SAID PROPERTY WHICH WESTERLY 33.00 FEET CONSTITUTES A PORTION OF THE COUNTY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
