NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Order Granting Plaintiff's Verified Motion for Default Judgment and Final Default Judgment dated October 21, 2015 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Partition Sale dated November 10, 2015, entered in Case Number 15-001113-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bonnie Barlow Marketing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and George Smith is the Defendant, that the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclosure.com, beginning at 10:00a.m. on the 5th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 9, SIRMONS ESTATES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38, pages 30 and 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Parcel ID Number: 10/31/16/82152/009/0110. The Subject Property is a single family dwelling. Property Address: 3765 26th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713.
If you are a person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus from the partition sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, you must file a claim with the Clerk no later than sixty (60) days after the partition sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
