NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-7865-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Sean Hiatt, Angela Hiatt, LHR, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, OF ORANGE MANOR FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE, 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
