Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 12-009151-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL COMMUNITY CAPITAL FUND TAMPA #1 LLC, is the Plaintiff, and BACIL ISTANBULY A/K/A BACIL ZIAD ISTANBULY, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1, JEFFERY M. HOYT SUBDIVISION NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of April, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
