NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-007235-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and HELEN RENEE BAWMAN, PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A DANIEL BROGAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A DOUG RUTTENBERGER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 3 N/K/A KAREN MORRIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELEN RENEE BAWMAN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of December, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 45, MAP OF BELVIDERE, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
