NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-002255-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-PR1 TRUST, Plaintiff and WILLIAM STANLEY WITTERS, JR. A/K/A WILLIAM S. WITTERS, JR. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on December 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 06, WEDGEWOOD AT VANDERBILT NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2491 AT PAGE(S) 1537, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO ATTACHED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
