NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2015 and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001217, of the Circuit Court, the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 on December 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Florida alcoholic beverage license number 21-00002 4 COP (Collier County)
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
