NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2015, and entered in 11-2014-CA-002415-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff, CITIMORTGAGE, INC., and NAOMI J. SCHURTZ A/K/A NAOMI SCHURTZ; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; AUGUSTA WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on December 16, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 108, AUGUSTA WOODS CONDOMINIUM PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF , OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 939, PAGES 1082, THROUGH 1136, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
