NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2015, and entered in 11-2014-CA-000676-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THOMAS E. MELANCON; PAUL MELANCON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS E. MELANCON; MEDITERRA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. ; VILLORESI AT MEDITERRA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. ; KRISTINA MELANCON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTINA MELANCON are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on December 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, MEDITERRA PARCEL 103, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 26 THROUGH 29 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
