Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-002718-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC11, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OC11 is the Plaintiff, and FERNANDO A. SALGADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FERNANDO A. SALGADO; POINCIANA APARTMENTS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA PERLITA STUART; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA COREY WEBSTER; are Defendants.
