NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003722-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein SPRINGLEAF FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. AGNELLO; CLAIR B. AGNELLO; KEVIN T. ROBERTS; RICHARD A. YOUNG; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; STATE OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF PASCO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

S. HIGHWAY 301, THENCE RUN S. 0 DEG. 57'40” W., ALONG SAID WESTERLY R/W, 80.0 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE S. 0 DEG. 57'40” W., 117.10 FEET, THENCE S. 89 DEG. 59'50” W., 196.77 FEET TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE R/W OF EIGHTH STREET, THENCE N. 0 DEG. 37'05” E., ALONG SAID EASTERLY R/W 117.10 FEET, THENCE EAST 197.47 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
