Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida; run thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes 13 seconds East, along the North line of Section 11, a distance of 1723.36 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89 degrees 42 minutes 13 seconds East, a distance of 295.00 feet; thence South 04 degrees 34 minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of 433.53 feet; thence North 85 degrees 25 minutes 34 seconds West, a distance of 119.73 feet to the P.C. of a curve having a central angle of 04 degrees 34 minutes 26 seconds, a radius of 1025.00 feet, a tangent distance of 40.93 feet, a chord bearing and distance of North 87 degrees 42 minutes 47 seconds West and 81.80 feet; thence along said curve an arc distance of 81.83 feet; thence West a distance of 93.01 feet; thence North 04 degrees 34 minutes 26 seconds East, a distance of 422.21 feet to the Point of Beginning.
