Final Judgment was awarded on October 28, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-003430WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-KS11 is the Plaintiff, and ANDREW BIENGARDO; FRANK BIENGARDO; CARMELLA BIENGARDO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW BIENGARDO; GEORGE OSTERMUES; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC; VILLAGE WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW BIENGARDO AS OF 01/09/2008; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MONIKA MEISENHEIMER F/K/A MONIKA DURDEY-OSTERHUES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

BOOK 1085, PAGE 259 AND O.R. BOOK 1094, PAGE 668 AND 669; O.R. BOOK 1147, PAGE 1199, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
