NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-005883-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM CARTAGENA LILLIAN RODRIGUEZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of December, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4, ENGLEWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
