NOTICE is hereby given that, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 15th day of December, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. EST, via the online auction site at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit:
