NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 01, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-017105-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ANNA VANHELDEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 1405, Building 1,SOLAIRE AT THE PLAZA CONDOMINIUM,together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 9104, Page 2226, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
