NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-009765-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-56, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-56 is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL A. HERNANDEZ PEPPER MILL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. STATE OF FLORIDA LILIANA HERNANDEZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A REYNALDO VASQUEZ IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of December, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 113, PEPPER MILL, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
