NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-010202-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Carlos Enrique Jara and Karen Jessica Jara are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on October 22, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, WINDROSE AT SOUTHMEADOW UNIT 2, ACCORIDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 37 THROUGH 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 716 WINDORSE DRIVE, ORLANDO, FL 32824.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
