NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-002698-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and RONNIE L. SHUPE A/K/A RONNIE SHUPE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 1, VILLAGES OF SOUTHPORT, PHASE 1B, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 41 through 43, inclusive, of Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
