(FORMERLY KNOWN AS FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK) AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-1, is the Plaintiff and HUMBERTO NAJERA A/K/A HUMBERTO A.
