SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR
CSUSA CHARTER SCHOOL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Subsection 4-8. A. of the City of Ocoee Land Development Code, that on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as practical, the OCOEE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION will hold a PUBLIC MEETING at the City of Ocoee Commission Chambers, 150 North Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, Florida, to consider a petition for a Special Exception for certain property generally located on the northeast corner of Clarke Road and A.D. Mims Road. The Parcel Identification Numbers for this property are 09-22-28-0000-00-056 & 09-22-28-0000-00-060. The petition would allow for a special exception for a school use up to 1145 students.
Interested parties may appear at the public hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed actions. The complete case file may be inspected at the Ocoee Development Services Department/Planning Division located at 150 North Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, Florida between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. The Planning & Zoning Commission may continue the public hearing to other dates and times, as it deems necessary. Any interested party shall be advised of the dates, times, and places of any continuation of this public hearing. Any continuation will be announced during the actual hearing and no further notices regarding the above case will be published. You are advised that any person who desires to appeal any decision made at the public hearing will need a record of the proceeding and for this purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
