Condominium Unit 4-5, also known as Unit 5, Building 4, THE AVALON, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in the Official Records Book 8217, Page 1960, and all its amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto; Parcel ID Number 10-23-30-0344-04-050; Physical Address 4265 S. Semoran Blvd., Unit 5, Orlando, Florida 32822
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on Marc D. Peltzman, Esquire, 118 East Jefferson Street, Suite 204, Orlando, Florida 32801, Plaintiffs attorney, on or before October 30th, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in this Complaint to Quiet Tax Title.
