NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 8th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008391-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and FERNANDO BOUFFARD; LARA BOUFFARD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BALDWIN PARK RESIDENTIAL OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR NETBANK,; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 26th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 971, BALDWIN PARK UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 1 THROUGH 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
