SKINNER A/K/A DWAYNE SKINNER; KELLWOOD VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/15/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 57 AND 58, OF A REPLAT OF KELLWOOD VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
