Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 09, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
LOT 32, KINGS POND PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 119, PAGES 11 and 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on October 26, 2015 beginning at 10:00 AM.
