NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA-001526-0000-WH of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and ADRIAN T. JACKSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE W-1/2 OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL OF LAND: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 21 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 4, A DISTANCE OF 660.00 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 14 SECONDS EAST, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 4, A DISTANCE OF 1,382.65 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 21 SECONDS EAST, PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 4, A DISTANCE OF 315.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 14 SECONDS WEST, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 4, A DISTANCE OF 1,382.65 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 4, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 21 SECONDS WEST, ALONG SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY, 315.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
