NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14000851CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein GREENTREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and ACHARA MCFARLAND MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ACHARA MCFARLAND; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 21st day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2758, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 35A THROUGH 35F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
