NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 9, 2015, that certain real property situated in the County of Charlotte, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOT 47, ISLAND HARBOR BEACH CLUB, SECTION I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 13A-13D. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
