Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15000450CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and JOANNE S. WAGNER; RICHARD E. WAGNER, JR; CAPE HAZE RESORT A 11/13 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPE HAZE RESORT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A DANE A DEFEO;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 22 day of October, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 204, BUILDING 11, CAPE HAZE RESORT A 11/13, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3125, PAGE 1248, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGES 12A THROUGH 12E, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

A/K/A: 8411 PLACIDA ROAD #204, PLACIDA, FL., 33946.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
