Notice is hereby given pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002015 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Wayne H. Liskow and Jessica N. Forbis, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on October 19, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 121, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 10, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 20A THRU 20N, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
