The action was instituted in the Civil Circuit Court, Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte, Florida; Case No. 2015CA002036; and is styled CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC. vs. MICHAEL D. FOX; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL D. FOX; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Giuseppe S. Cataudella, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900, Orlando, FL 32801-3454, on or before 11/03/2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Giuseppe S.
