NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2015, and entered in 2014CA005249AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FXD2 is the Plaintiff and BERNARD J. COOGAN A/K/A BERNARD JOSEPH COOGAN; GEORGIA L. COOGAN A/K/A GEORGIA LOUISE COOGAN are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK D, F.C. WHITAKER'S SUBDIVISION OF BALLARD'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF BRADENTOWN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 220 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
