NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2014CA001666AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and BETHEL G. ENGLISH; KIMBERLY A. ENGLISH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MIRANDA ENGLISH, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, MAGNOLIA HILL, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 29 THROUGH 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
