NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated 9/22/2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014-CA-004044, of the Circuit Court of the TWELVETH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007 - HE2 is Plaintiff, and GLORIA I. THRONEBURG; DANIEL C. THRONEBURG; DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC., TRUST 2007- NC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC3; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 22nd day of October, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SAID SECTION 6; THENCE NORTH, ALONG THE 1/4 SECTION LINE, ALSO BEING THE CENTERLINE, OF 24TH AVENUE EAST, 840.45 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°45'40” WEST, 309.50 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 153.09 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89°45'40” WEST, 176.68 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 89°45'40” WEST, 341.82 FEET, THENCE NORTH 637.17 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SAID SECTION 6; THENCE SOUTH 89°46'30” EAST, ALONG SAID NORTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 341.82 FEET; THENCE SOUTH, 637.25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: PRIVATE STREET AGREEMENT AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1333, PAGE 1869, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
