NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 22, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 0456 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and ISABEL SILVA, SERENATA SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A JANE DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A JANE DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ISABEL SILVA N/K/A JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of October, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel 201, Building 5 of Serenata Sarasota Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 2092, Page 711, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
