NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-003320 of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 23rd day of October, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
