NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed 22 September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-007352 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Lois L. Turner, Meadowcroft Condominium Association, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 23rd of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1415, PARCEL W, MEADOWCROFT CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 123 AND 124 AND DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 947, PAGE 222 THOUGH 255 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH CARPORT NO 7, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
