NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated SEPTEMBER 21, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000204-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Lloyd A. May; Clare J. May; Lely Resort Master Property Owners Association, Inc.; Lely Island Estates Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Lely Island Estates Neighborhood Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 19, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 OF LELY ISLAND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
