NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-003796 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013 I-H-R MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its Trustee is the Plaintiff and Thomas J. Gatz a/k/a Thomas Gatz; Naples Park Area Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on October 22, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 60, NAPLES PARK, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
