NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2015 and entered in Case No. 1204076CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK OF MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-3CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3C, is Plaintiff and NANCY DENIKE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTYWIDE BANK, N.A. MIN. NO 100133700014986957; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRISTINE NANCE, are Defendants. The clerk of court of Collier County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 22 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
