Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida; We will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 7-7, The Coach Homes of Berkshire Lakes, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1424, pages 156 through 284, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
and commonly known as: 15 Bennington Drive, Unit 7-7, Naples, Florida 34104, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on October 19, 2015, at 11:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
