NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2015,and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 000754, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 ASSET BACKED NOTES, is the Plaintiff and CATHY DEVINS and MICHAEL P. DEVINS A/K/A MICHAEL DEVINS, et. al are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 19 day of October, 2015, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues, The Foreclosure Sales may be held Monday through Thursday at 11:00 A.M. in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM EDWARD ROBISON, SINGLE AND MELISSA J. CORNWALL, MARRIED AS SET FORTH IN DEED BOOK 2814, PAGE 2485 DATED 04/20/2001 AND RECORDED 04/27/2001, COLLIER COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
