NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2015,and entered in Civil Case No. 14-CC-2137 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit In and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 19 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 302, Building 300, LA PENINSULA, A Condominium, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 28, at Page 40, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the prorate interest in the common elements and common property of the Condominium and limited common elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of LA PENINSULA, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 1213, at Pages 786 through 858 and as amended of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
