YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Foreclose a Lien for unpaid condominium association assessments on the following real property located in Collier County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 208, VANDERBILT TOWERS, UNIT NO. 3, INC., a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, Restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 467, pages 638 through 686 inclusive, as amended and restated in OR Book 1444, Page 1843, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
Subject to Lease Agreement between Vanderbilt Towers Unit 3 and Vanderbilt Towers of Naples recorded in OR Book 467, Page 689, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
has been filed against you, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is as follows:
