NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 112013CA0016840001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff, and HAZEL A. WAGNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 165, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 5, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 117 THROUGH 123, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
