NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-050467 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and David Scanlan a/k/a Dave Scanlan; Joann Scanlan; Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union; Pine Ridge at Ft. Myers Village I Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; David Scanlan aka David T. Scanlan aka David Thomas Scanlan and Jo Ann Scanlan are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the October 22, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. B, BUILDING NO. 213, OF PINE RIDGE AT FT. MYERS VILLAGE I - #2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1831, PAGE 4635, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
