NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050658 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2007-3 Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Paul Metzler; Janet Metzler; Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the December 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37 AND 38, BLOCK 1025, UNIT 24, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 63 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
