NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and BETTY J RIDER; KEVIN DWAYNE RIDER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN DWAYNE RIDER N/K/A NICOLE RIDER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 22 day of OCTOBER, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
