H., of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and JULIO CESAR LUNA A/K/A JULIO LUNA; CECILIA NIETO-NUNEZ; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 25 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 86, UNIT 9, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
