NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-051691 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and IDA STRENTH; MARK GREEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IDA STRENTH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK GREEN are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on November 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 43, SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
